At ENVNIS, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please review the policy below before requesting a cancellation, return, exchange, or warranty service.

1) Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with this policy.
2) Return Authorization (RMA) Required
All returns and exchanges require Return Authorization (RMA) approval.
- Please contact us first to obtain an RMA number and return instructions.
- Returns sent without authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be received or processed.

We respond within 24–48 business hours. (Please include your order number and the reason for return/exchange.)
3) Exchanges (Size / Style)
If the size does not fit, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange eligibility (must meet all):
- Request submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking).
- Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including any accessories/free gifts, if applicable).
- No signs of wear (e.g., scratches, bending, resizing marks, odor, or any damage caused by use).
Shipping costs:
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4) Returns (No Quality Issue / Change of Mind)
If the product has no quality issues, returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
Return eligibility (must meet all):
- Request submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (based on tracking).
- Item is unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Rings must show no signs of wear (including scratches, bending, resizing marks, odor, or any damage caused by use).
Shipping costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “no issue / change of mind” returns.
5) Refunds (Wrong Item / Defective Item / Not Received)
A) Wrong Item or Defective/Damaged Upon Arrival
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- We will offer an appropriate resolution such as replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the case.
- If the issue is caused by our error, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost (or provide an alternative solution).
B) Not Received Within Promised Delivery Timeframe
- You may request a refund if you do not receive your order within the promised delivery timeframe (maximum 30 days after dispatch, excluding 0–3 business days processing time).
Refund timing:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (or after the case is confirmed if return is not required).
6) Local Return Addresses (US & EU)
To make returns easier, we provide local return addresses in the United States and EU countries.
- The correct return address will be provided after your RMA is approved.
- Do not send items to any address printed on your shipping label/package unless we explicitly confirm it as the return address.
7) Return Shipping Deadline After RMA Approval
Once your return/exchange request is approved and you receive the RMA instructions:
- You must ship the item within 7 days, and
- Provide a valid tracking number within the same 7-day period.
If the item is not shipped and/or tracking is not provided within 7 days after RMA approval, the request may be considered abandoned and may be closed.
8) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
Returns/refunds will not be issued if:
- The package is not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
- Delays are caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
- The item is returned without RMA authorization or shipped to an incorrect return address.
- The returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging/accessories.
- Items marked as Final Sale / Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Custom / Made-to-Order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
9) 1-Year Quality Warranty
We provide a 1-year quality warranty from the delivery date.
Covered (manufacturing defects):
- Stone setting issues (e.g., loose or fallen stones due to workmanship)
- Structural defects caused by production
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, oxidation/tarnish due to use and storage)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, chemicals, water exposure, improper care, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
- Loss of items or damage caused by third parties
How to request warranty service:
Email contact@envnis.com with your order number and clear photos/videos. We will assess and provide a repair/replacement solution as appropriate.
