At ENVNIS, we carefully prepare, quality-check, and package each piece before it is shipped. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in China, and we offer free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries.

Processing Time

Most standard items are processed and shipped within 0–3 business days after your order is placed.

Solid gold jewelry, including 14K/18K pieces, and custom-made items are made to order and usually require 7–12 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is usually:

United States: 5–21 business days
Canada & Europe: 5–21 business days
Australia: 5–21 business days
Other international locations: 5–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Shipping may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or local carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure safe delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
