3. CONFIRMER ET CRÉER

Une fois votre commande passée, nous confirmerons le design final avant le début de la production.

Votre pièce sera fabriquée individuellement sous environ 2 à 3 semaines. Les commandes personnalisées ne peuvent être annulées ni remboursées une fois la production commencée.

4. RÉVISION ET LIVRAISON

Une fois terminé, nous vous enverrons des photos ou une vidéo pour approbation.

Après confirmation, votre pièce sera soigneusement emballée et expédiée avec les certificats des matériaux concernant les pierres précieuses et l’or.

What is the difference between gold-plated and solid gold jewelry?

The main difference is how the gold is used in the piece.

Our gold-plated jewelry is crafted with 925 sterling silver as the base metal and finished with a layer of gold. We use a thicker plating to help improve durability and slow down fading with everyday wear. However, as with all plated jewelry, the gold finish may gradually wear over time depending on how the piece is worn and cared for.

Solid gold jewelry, on the other hand, is made from a gold alloy throughout the entire piece rather than having gold only on the surface. Because there is no surface gold layer that can wear away to reveal sterling silver underneath, solid gold is generally more durable for long-term and frequent wear.

The higher the karat, the greater the proportion of pure gold contained in the alloy.

Do you offer solid gold jewelry?

Yes. All ENVNIS designs can be customized in solid gold, including 9K, 14K, 18K, and other available karat options.

Can I request a custom ring size or half size?

Yes. For custom-made rings, we can accommodate custom ring sizes, including half sizes.

Do you offer personalized engraving?

Yes. We offer personalized engraving for custom-made pieces.

Can I customize the gemstone, stone size, or other design details?

Yes. Many aspects of our designs can be customized.

Depending on the piece, you may request a different gemstone, gemstone size, or other design details.

How long does a solid gold or custom-made order take?

Solid gold and custom-made pieces generally require approximately 2–3 weeks for production.

Each piece is made specifically according to your selected specifications, so the production time is longer than for our standard jewelry.

We appreciate your patience while your piece is being carefully made.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange a custom-made or solid gold item?

Because solid gold and custom-made pieces are made specifically according to your selected size, metal, gemstone, engraving, and other specifications, they cannot be canceled once production has begun.

For the same reason, custom-made and made-to-order pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange, as they are created specifically for you and may not be resold as standard inventory.
